As competitive strongman with three years experience in competitive strongman I don’t just want to share my love for the sport with others, I want to help them unlock their potential and discover that they are capable of so much more than they think they are capable of.

My personal story

I spent my whole life as a couch potato, but then I got a reality check from some friends that changed my whole attitude. I started to understand that we are flooded with distractions and devices all designed to keep us hooked in a lethargic life full of depression and no self worth. I gained a core disdain towards these and in rejecting them I started hitting a gym. As time went on I stuck with it and started seeing the numbers on my weights going up. I even crashed a Turkey trot to see if I could even run the distance and to my own amazement I went the full three miles.

But then my father had a heart attack and required a quadruple bypass surgery. This was the ultimate realization of my own mortality. My old man was no slouch, he was a working man his whole life and always busy yet he had bad health. I decided right there that I needed to change myself. I had known about a Strongman contest for beginners and made up my mind to enter. This was my first contest I had ever entered in my life. I trained for nine months. I worked hard on lifting, but I also studied. I studied techniques and listened to countless hours of tutorials. By the time the contest came I was ready.

I took first place.

Since then I have gone on to compete in many competitions including the United States Strongman Nations 2018 in New York.

My life was changed in a much needed way forever. I want to help people change themselves in such a profound way by providing them a facility and support to make it happen.
