Now a days most people think of Crossfit when they think of tire flipping. But in Strongman it’s about flipping BIG tires. Where in Crossfit the goal is to flip the tire as many times as you can in a set time frame, in Strongman it’s about flipping the tire a set number of times or over a specified distance.
